Terms of Service
01Using ValueChat
ValueChat provides tools for managing customer conversations, connected channels, AI agents, workflows, knowledge, and team collaboration. You must use the service lawfully and follow the rules of every connected channel and provider.
02Your workspace
You are responsible for the users you invite, the content and knowledge you upload, the channels you connect, and the instructions, actions, and permissions you give to AI agents and workflows.
03Customer communications
You must have the right to receive, process, and respond to customer communications. You are responsible for disclosures, consent, response policies, and any claims made to customers through your workspace.
04AI output
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Configure suitable instructions, knowledge, skills, guardrails, and human review for your use case. Do not rely on the service as the sole decision-maker for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or similarly high-impact decisions.
05Acceptable use
- Do not use ValueChat for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, spam, or rights violations.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another workspace, or disrupt the service.
- Do not connect accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
06Availability
We work to keep ValueChat reliable, but the service may change or be interrupted. Connected providers may also change their APIs, permissions, availability, or policies.
07Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when needed to protect the platform, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material violation of these terms.
08Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply from their stated effective date.
